THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute trash. It's so terrible, it makes me want to throw up. I've tried it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The construction is cheap, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they could sell thisitem without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd bought something functional instead
